With the support of the U.S Department of Labor and Texas Workforce Commission, DCI is bridging the talent gap by finding and developing diverse talent.
What is apprenticeship?
It’s arranging life and work around learning. Apprentices learn while working a full-time job plus spend additional time outside of work to continue their training. Think of it as gaining work experience, learning new skills and accelerating your career all in one!
